Strategix Human Resources Solutions was initially conceived as a college project to address human resources issues from a unique perspective. We believe that becoming an employer of choice requires intentional effort at every stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to training, recognition, engagement, and long-term retention.
Strategix Human Resources Solutions was founded with one simple goal: to help companies build stronger, more engaged workplaces.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in human resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University, our founder saw firsthand the challenges companies face with hiring, retention, and employee engagement.
